    NAD+ Therapy – Personalized, Medical-Supervised Cellular Recovery

    Purpose:

Formulated to enhance sexual wellness and reproductive vitality by supporting optimal blood flow, vascular health, and cellular repair. Specifically designed for individuals managing erectile concerns, Peyronie’s disease, low libido, or post-shockwave recovery, this medical infusion aids in restoring overall sexual confidence, energy, and hormonal balance. It serves as an advanced regenerative option complementing Shockwave Clinic’s specialized shockwave, PRP, and cellular therapies, administered under the supervision of Dr Anke Van Zyl.

    Why it works:

By replenishing critical micronutrients, amino acids, and antioxidants, the NAD⁺ infusion supports endothelial, nerve, and mitochondrial health—key foundations for healthy erectile and circulatory function. It enhances the body’s natural repair and recovery mechanisms, promoting improved microcirculation, oxygen delivery, and reduced oxidative stress.
These combined physiological effects make it an ideal adjunct to ongoing shockwave or PRP treatments focused on vascular regeneration and tissue healing.
For women, the infusion supports reproductive health, hormonal balance, and cellular vitality, improving overall energy and sexual well-being.

    Note:

This drip is a medical treatment provided under direct supervision of Dr Anke Van Zyl. It is intended as a supportive regenerative therapy to enhance vascular, hormonal, and sexual function and to complement individualised medical treatment plans at Shockwave Clinic.

Blood Tests to Optimise NAD+ Treatment Results

To personalise NAD+ therapy for energy, recovery, cellular repair and metabolic optimisation, we recommend the following baseline blood tests:

    Hormonal Profile
    •Total Testosterone
    •Free Testosterone
Why: Low testosterone can mimic NAD+ deficiency symptoms (fatigue, low drive, slow recovery). Optimising both gives significantly better results.

    Thyroid Function
    •TSH
Why: Thyroid dysfunction lowers mitochondrial efficiency. Correcting it improves NAD+ utilisation.

    Prostate Health (for men 40+)
    •PSA
Why: Ensures safe clearance before NAD+ sessions in older males, especially if combined with PRP, ESWT, or peptide therapy.

    Kidney Function
    •Urea / Creatinine (U&E)
Why: Ensures kidneys can process metabolism changes from high-dose NAD+.

    Liver Function
    •ALT & AST
Why: NAD+ plays a major role in liver mitochondrial activity. We must make sure the liver is healthy before high-dose infusions.

    Full Blood Count (FBC)

Why: Detects inflammation, infection, anaemia — all of which can blunt response to NAD+.

    Metabolic Profile
    •Lipogram (Cholesterol panel)
    •Fasting Glucose or HbA1c
Why: NAD+ is deeply involved in insulin sensitivity, fat metabolism and cellular ageing.
